Terms and Conditions for Wheelchair and Scooter Rental Vendors

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between [Vendor Name] (“Vendor”) and C.O.R.A. App (“C.O.R.A.”), in providing wheelchair and scooter rentals through the C.O.R.A. platform. By participating as a Vendor, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Vendor Obligations

  • Equipment Standards: The Vendor is responsible for ensuring that all wheelchairs and scooters are in good working condition, are maintained regularly, and comply with industry safety standards.
  •  Rental Pricing: Vendor agrees to offer fair and transparent pricing as listed on the C.O.R.A. platform.
  • Insurance: Vendor must provide proof of adequate liability insurance to cover equipment damage or injury.
  • Customer Service: Vendor shall provide prompt and professional customer support, including delivery and retrieval of rentals.

3. Payments

  • Vendors will receive payments for rentals through C.O.R.A., minus the agreed service fees.
  • Payment will be disbursed within [X] business days after the rental period has ended.

4. Cancellation Policy

  •  Customer-Initiated Cancellations: If a customer cancels before equipment delivery, no payment is required from C.O.R.A.
  • Vendor-Initiated Cancellations: The Vendor must notify C.O.R.A. of any cancellations immediately. Repeated cancellations may lead to termination of partnership.

5. Liability and Indemnification

  • Vendors are solely responsible for any injuries or damages arising from the use of their equipment.
  • Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless C.O.R.A., its employees, and agents from any liabilities or claims arising from the Vendor’s services. immediately. Repeated cancellations may lead to termination of partnership.

6. Termination

  •  C.O.R.A. reserves the right to terminate the Vendor agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.
